tent fabric?
The tent is divided into inner account, outer account and bottom account. A tent can be a combination of various oxford fabrics.
Regarding the inner tent, it usually uses 190T/210T polyester taffeta, or 210T Oxford cloth. It has good air permeability and has a certain thermal insulation capacity. If it is a four-season tent or an alpine tent, it is recommended to use oxford fabric. If you only need to prevent mosquitoes, then gauze is enough to deal with, of course, high-density mesh is better.
The main functions of the fabric of the tent bottom fabric are waterproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and dust-proof. The waterproof performance and wear resistance of the bottom Oxford cloth are relatively high. PU Oxford cloth, both wear resistance and water resistance are much higher than PE backing material, cost-effective, good waterproof performance.
The outer account is made of 420D oxford cloth, which can be treated with PU/PVC, silver coating, waterproof, etc. It is better to use waterproof oxford cloth for high-grade, and the waterproof treatment should be at least 1500MM or more.
