Chun Yafang is also a kind of polyester fabric, and it also has some characteristics of polyester taffeta, such as the cloth surface is flat and smooth, the texture is light, firm and wear-resistant, with good elasticity and gloss, non-shrinking, easy to wash, quick-drying, and hand-feeling. it is good. However, polyester taffeta is generally used for lining, and spring Asian textile is used for fabric. On the basis of polyester taffeta, Chun Yafang changes the warp or weft into DTY (stretched textured yarn, commonly known as low elastic yarn) weaving, which makes it softer than polyester taffeta, has a better hand feel, and has a less gorgeous luster than polyester taffeta.
Whether it is Chun Yafang or polyester taffeta, it is made of plain weave. The plain weave is the simplest fabric structure, which is formed by the interweaving of warp and weft. Satin weave satin and other fabrics, there will be obvious differences between the front and back, the texture is different, and the brightness is also different. However, there is no obvious difference between the front and back of the plain weave spring sub-textile and polyester taffeta.
After judging whether the fabric is polyester taffeta or spring taffeta, then look at the hand feel. The polyester taffeta is harder, the hand feeling is not as smooth as that of the spring taffeta, and the brightness of the spring taffeta is not as good as that of the polyester taffeta.
